Release emotional baggage, transform unhelpful patterns, accelerate your personal growth, and reach your full potential with MAP Coaching.
Throughout life—especially in early childhood—your subconscious mind is continuously programmed. Working together with your nervous system, this programming shapes how you respond to the world. It stores emotional experiences in memory, influences behavior, and often drives coping strategies (both helpful and unhelpful). This system is not moral; its primary job is survival and safety. It learned to detect threat long before you were able to make conscious choices, and it is far more powerful than the conscious mind.

MAP is a gentle and efficient method for clearing subconscious blocks. It works by using recent discoveries in neuroscience that allow the brain to heal itself through a process called memory reconsolidation. Once the brain is trained, we can guide it to neutralize negative memories, emotional responses, and patterns—often within minutes. In a single session, many unconscious self-sabotaging patterns can be resolved. You do not need to talk about the issue or even remember the memories. MAP is fast, effective, and non-invasive.

With MAP, we gain direct access to unconscious memory networks. The brain can be instructed to:
-
Identify all memories connected to a specific pattern and upgrade the ones that are painful or limiting
-
Find and neutralize all lifetime events linked to a similar experience or emotional pattern at once, without requiring you to recall the details
This saves time and avoids re-experiencing distressing moments. The brain already knows what it has stored—your conscious mind does not need to.

MAP is not hypnosis. There is no altered or induced state. You remain fully awake, aware, and in control throughout the session. Although most people find the process deeply relaxing, the practitioner does not influence the outcome. Instead, they work in alignment with your own inner wisdom, allowing your brain to do what it already knows how to do: heal.

We clear only what is blocking your path, and then help the brain form new, supportive neural circuits for the future. Once the blocks are removed, your system naturally reorganizes toward growth, clarity, and forward movement.

How Is This Possible?

This was the question I had before I began training in MAP. Shortly after praying for a trauma-informed modality that would not require clients to relive painful experiences, I received the invitation to train. Even after watching demonstrations and studying the basics, I needed to better understand how this worked.

As I’ve done for years, I began researching the relationship between the brain, the mind, and the body. I read extensively, studied neuroscience, and immersed myself in understanding the dynamics of how healing occurs. It was then I realized I was stepping into the next phase of my calling. I saw a deeper level of God’s creative genius: the brain and the mind are not the same, and the human mind is a powerful, intelligent system designed for connection and healing. God is deeply connected to this process—closer than we realize. Many people who struggle to hear God’s voice are, in fact, already experiencing it through their own inner guidance.

During this time, I was still living with PTSD. I had done significant work, yet certain situations continued to trigger me. I decided to try a MAP session focused solely on PTSD. Within an hour after the session, I encountered someone whose behavior would normally have triggered me. This time, I stayed calm. I was able to help regulate the situation without reacting. The trigger was gone—and it never returned. Later, when additional memory fragments surfaced, I used the MAP commands I had learned, and they resolved as well. I have not been triggered in the same way since. This experience, for me, expanded my gratitude for how we were created with what we need to survive, heal, and live a life of abundance!

I’ve since written companion pieces in neurotheology, connecting neuroscience and scripture for clients of faith who want to explore what was revealed long ago that science is now confirming. While many appreciate those insights, most people simply trust the process, experience results, and feel grateful for the changes.

THE BOTTOM LINE
Because MAP works directly with how the brain stores and updates memories, you do not need to know, remember, or understand why a block exists. You can safely and easily release what has been holding you back—and finally move forward into your full potential.
